The story
Muth Consulting was founded by Kyle Muth in 2026. The company specializes in AI automation for construction, helping builders and general contractors move from disconnected tools and manual processes to streamlined workflows that save time and actually get adopted.
Kyle's path started at West Point, where he learned to lead under pressure. From there, he spent several years running operations in the Army before transitioning into software engineering at a high-growth logistics tech company. That's where he learned what it actually takes to build solutions inside complex organizations. Not just the technology, but the change management, the buy-in, and the follow-through that determine whether a tool gets used or collects dust.
In that role, Kyle built production infrastructure, worked across engineering and operations teams, and developed a deep understanding of how technology either accelerates or frustrates the people who have to use it every day. Construction kept coming up as an industry with enormous potential: high-stakes operations running on spreadsheets, group texts, and tribal knowledge, but very little of the practical AI and automation that other industries had already started adopting.
In 2026, he launched Muth Consulting to close that gap. The focus isn't strategy decks or six-month IT projects. It's hands-on implementation: automation and AI tools that plug into how construction teams already work and make their day shorter, not more complicated. We build the thing and we stick around until it's working.
What we believe
If your team won't use it, it doesn't matter how smart the technology is.
The best automation is invisible. It just makes the right thing happen.
Every engagement should pay for itself.
Construction doesn't need more software. It needs fewer steps.
How we work
We're direct. If something won't work for your team, we'll tell you before we build it. If there's a faster, cheaper way to solve the problem, we'll recommend that, even if it means a smaller engagement.
We work collaboratively with your team, not around them. The people who do the work every day know where the real problems are. Our job is to listen, design a solution, and make sure it sticks.
Every engagement has clear scope, clear deliverables, and a clear definition of done. You'll know what you're getting before we start.
