The story
I went to West Point and ended my Army career working in operations. After that, I moved into a fast-paced logistics tech company where I sharpened my business acumen and learned how to ship real solutions that drive operational value within an organization.
I started Muth Consulting because I kept seeing the same thing: construction companies running high-stakes operations on top of disconnected tools and manual processes that hadn't changed in years. The systems behind the scenes were held together with spreadsheets, text threads, and someone who "just knows where everything is."
I saw an opportunity to bring practical automation and AI into these operations. Not the kind that requires a six-month IT project. The kind that plugs into how teams already work and makes their day shorter, not more complicated. That's what Muth Consulting does. I implement, I don't just advise.
